Yeah, that’s why the whole Trump program to “Report any suspected DEI hires” is so scary.
It’s straight up a call to report any jews transpeople to the secret police.
Though I wonder what they would have done if they found any “DEI Material”, especially since it’s hard to quantify.
Where I work we have instructions on the walls to legal immigrants warning them that discrimination is illegal and what their supervisor is and is not allowed to do. The rules apply to everyone, but the way they’re written it sounds like they’re ESPECIALLY there to make sure folks from out of town don’t get lied to about what the laborforce is REALLY like.
Would that count as DEI? I don’t know, I’d assume so because it makes reference to people who aren’t male or white and that’s all “DEI” seems to mean.
