Because it’s to little to late. The left has been oh it we’ll never happen. They had chances to make row vs wade law but thought the status quo was good enough. The left has been lazy well the right has continued to fight for what they want.
Some Americans worked extremely hard and effectively to stop it. Calling it their fault is dumb.
