You shared a fake picture. I know you’re smart enough to do a reverse image search to see that’s a bad Facebook meme. Hawaii counted their votes before calling it for Harris. Predominantly Hawaii is vote by mail or early voting. A simple Google search would show this. But it’s easier to lie when we don’t understand something like that.
