A majority of Americans say President Trump is a “dangerous dictator” who poses a threat to democracy and believe he’s overstepped his authority by actions such as the mass firing of federal employees, a new survey says.
The wide-ranging poll released Tuesday, on Trump’s 100th day in office, is the latest sign of him losing support for his immigration and economic policies — the two issues that largely fueled his election.
That’s not true at all. Online liberals would have found some other thing to crucify Harris over. The idea that some of you guys didn’t support a candidate because of the actions of a foreign government, is simply baffling to me.
It’s baffling you because that’s not what happened, you just want to see it that way
It was Harris’ support of what that other country was doing (which means she’d actively support them to continue doing it), which is the actions of what was literally our current government at the time
Sorry, I should have clarified. I’m not in that boat, but for the people who have told me they didn’t vote, that was the biggest issue for them. Maybe there would have been something else, but I believe a policy change with Israel would have been enough to get those people out. I guess we’ll never know.
Looking at the bigger picture should have been enough, and they simply refused to do that.
I said it last summer that we were going to single-issue our way to authoritarianism, and yep, here we are.
Yep. Israel pushed disinfo, Russia pushed disinfo, and the republicans all pushed the same shit, and people bought it hook, line, and sinker.
