Man, I was going to go to a wedding there that was super important to me but now I’m SO torn.
Experienced hikers average a greater speed than that even if you average it over 24 hours, so including sleeping time. Someone who can only walk 15km (that’s slightly more than averaging 1.5km/h for 9 hours) a day would never go on a journey like that, and even if they did, they’d be much faster after a few weeks. So there’s no situation where that calculation makes sense.
Not trying to be rude here, but this ain’t it. This sort of thing happens to me a lot due to hypotension and I’m perfectly mentally capable. Criticize the shit he says, not his physical struggles/disability. This just normalizes ableism. A disabled person can very well be capable of leading.
Isn’t it?!
When my stomach is super full with fatty stuff, I get that too. Something like a medium portion of oats with soy milk like 15 minutes earlier is ideal. When I swim, I need something like a müesli bar at 1.5km if I want to continue.
It might be because I have autoimmune hyperthyroidism, and, as a result, hypotension and a below ideal weight.
I also just exercise in the evening or afternoon! It’s ok that, like you said, our bodies are all different.
I avoid sugary liquids because I’m worried for my teeth.
Today I decided to start the day with a swim. I arrived at the pool at 11am. I just don’t get how people do it. Also, if I do any sort of physical activity without having had a full meal that day, I can literally feel myself run out of energy within minutes.
The coins themselves carry no value and is backed by jack-shit. Comparing them to baseball cards seems very apt. Baseball cards, bubbles and FOMO.
This is true of every currency. Even precious metals are only precious because we think they are.
Not arguing pro crypto here, more like, anti capitalism, with crypto only being the next generation of a thing that only has a value because some ppl have decided that it does.
Genuinely curious, why? I’ve been meaning to understand where this idea comes from. Or do you just mean preferable as in you prefer their taste or something like that?
This isn’t unheard of, though the income figure is usually lower. In my country it’s some 14k I think? The tax is still quite low for the next income bracket though.
Any tips on taking care of your immunity, inflammation and energy level?
To add to this: pretty much nobody thinks skinny people are attracted. It’s a constructed ideal that many want to achieve, but few want to see in a potential partner.
Source: used to be skinny and bullied for it
Btw it also feels like shit. You’re tired all the time, you’re cold all the time, when you sit on something solid, like wood, it hurts because there’s no fat between your pelvis and the chair, and that’ll give you back pain.
Just thought this was relevant because ‘it’s unhealthy’ is sometimes too abstract for people to care
Your question was a good one, but still rude. You’re more likely to get a satisfying answer if you don’t pose the premise that the person you’re replying to must be dumb if they’re not rich.
