With this current supreme court I can definitely see them reverting to the previous interpretation. It doesn’t have to make logical or legal sense when it comes to activist judges.
That’s not saying they should, just a pessimistic prediction based on previous actions of this court.

Just curious and not debating you. From what angle do you arrive at psychology being bullshit? Is it from personal experience? Is it a religious thing? How did you come to this conclusion?

By continuing to support a business that you know exploits its workers you participate in the exploitation of those workers. Your desire to not pay for services rendered only amplifies said exploitation and does nothing to incentivize its cessation.
