Is there any way they would know who you voted for if you went together? It’s all pretty private in the US.

Something I don’t often see discussed in these comment sections is how many companies have group purchasing agreements and contracts that supersede the price increases of tariffs.
For example, I work for a Healthcare company who is a part of a group of organizations that have an external company negotiate contracts on their behalf, flexing their power as a group to get better deals.
Goods imported still get taxed, but the prices are supposed to stay the same, but if things get to the point where operational costs completely outweigh breaking contracts, you might see things just… Stop.
Using they when you aren’t specifying is fine and any indication otherwise is just virtue signaling. If someone used they despite knowing I use he/him because they don’t know me well, regardless of whether or not it’s stated, it’s not an insult.
You aren’t much more virtuous for using someone’s preferred gender just as you shouldn’t be demonized for not knowing someone doesn’t use “traditional” gender ideology.
Ah yes, console released over 30 years ago.
Seriously, all of those companies listed have various quality issues that seem to stem for poor policy and a ‘profit at all cost’ mentality.
Ever been to a hooters that didn’t have a parking lot that was falling apart, or tables and machines that look to have been needing repairs for years? The details might not matter to every consumer, but I know I’d rather visit the restaurant that at least tries to keep up appearances.
You heard 'em. They ain’t from round 'ere.
Well, they’re known for some very strange manufacturing issues. We can’t put it past them.
Friend you’re on the wrong instance. .ml has a spot open for you, all you have to do is cry about “the libs” like a Trumper and you’re in.
I think the language is funky. They’re saying beyond, like take his ideas and go even further, not move away from Bernie. They want more and better of him.
The article doesn’t give much, and a lawyer claiming something is considerably damaged when defending a client is always hyperbolic. Did you look up more info?
Either way, 30 mill could set you and your descendants (should you be able to make any) for life. Life’s pretty damn short, so never having to work again at the cost of not being able to crank it anymore? I’d seriously consider it.
A quick search says that coffee is typically made at around 200°F (93°C), and water can cause 3rd degree burns within a couple of seconds of contact at 150°C (60°C), so it’s not unthinkable that a freshly made coffee would be dangerous.
A proper cup with a secure lid would make the difference.
… I’d take the 3 mill for a couple of skin grafts. 30 is just fantastic.
That’s what I was wondering. Why not just mount the camera in another location with its own glass/cleaning system. The reuse of the windshield wiper is very clever, but if it’s complicating the windshield glass to such a degree, maybe it’s not worth it?
Would a small wiper to handle the lens cleaning not be more cost effective than increasing the complexity of the windshield to the point of significant cost increase?
Any security system is only as strong as its weakest link.
Typically that is the humans operating within it.
The egg thing is really strange to me. Are people eating a few eggs every single day? I usually buy an 18 count every few weeks at most.
I understand that eggs are used in a significant amount of products that aren’t just raw eggs, but the people complaining so loudly are probably not the businesses that use them.
The president doesn’t create laws.
Seems a little extreme to claim that it’s unethical to work for a company because someone who uses their product did something unethical.
Guess we’ve extended “there is no ethical consumption under capitalism” to “there is no ethics under capitalism” entirely.
I’d say this is an incorrect usage of the format and is really pushing the narrative too strongly from the guy.
