  • These fucking Democrats are watching a dude successfully lie and bully his way into the presidency (not to mention that same playbook get adopted by the GOP in general) then think the answer is to be nice?

Newsflash, the voters on the other side aren’t going to be swayed by a “broadly appealing message,” I’d say an insignificant number of people could even be swayed to switch voting from the GOP / MAGA bastards over to the Dem sonofabitches anyways. So galvanized the troops, motivate people to vote and stop pussyfooting around.

Adopt the playbook that keeps working for your enemy, tweak it some sure, but stop thinking a milquetoast “we’re the nice guys” campaign will ever work. It’s failed so many times now, maybe learn a lesson?

No one gives a fuck what’s in their pants.

    Doubt

Clinton is as racist as Trump and Harris is as evil.

You gotta be outta your goddamn mind to believe that.

People, the average American voter apparently, are just dumb as hell honestly. Like straight up I think the people voting for Trump just got brainwashed and live in an alternate reality because their media literacy and just … Comprehension of reality and complex topics … Is really really bad. That or they’re just actual shitty people who believe in his policies and opinions. I’m not sure which is worse.

  • The Secret Service, for some reason, also investigates forgery. From their web site

    Also from their Website :

“We are one of America’s oldest federal law enforcement agencies, originally created in 1865 to stamp out rampant counterfeiting in order to stabilize America’s young financial system. By the end of the Civil War, nearly one-third of all currency in circulation was counterfeit. As a result, the country’s financial stability was in jeopardy. To address this concern, the Secret Service was established in 1865 as a bureau in the Treasury Department to suppress widespread counterfeiting.”

They were investigating forgery before protecting presidents. Just so happens in 1901 there weren’t a lot of federal agencies with as much power and experience as them so they got tapped for the new job of protecting the president.

  • Agree with doing all that.

I still feel like some more regulations and laws could help. It’s simply too easy to purchase firearms in the USA. Personally I’d like to see it more akin to how we license and regulate motor vehicles. I want people to need a license to purchase a firearm, and that license includes getting firearm safety instruction, a background check that’s better than the current one we have in place, and requiring a range qualification too.

It would really help if people were better educated on guns in general, at the very least I think it’d help cut down on accidental gun deaths and suicides.
