I think you all massively underestimate how much is required to run fibre out to everyone. It’s not impossible, but USA is a very big country by area.

I’ve seen about 250mbps down on a friend’s terminal. You can probably get faster.

Sucks for people who have Teslas and now don’t want them. But this is just financial on the part of the dealers. If prices are plummeting then why would they take on a car no one else wants?

Why? Dropping the charges would be a court decision so it’s on record that a charge was raised and then dropped. That’s still a court outcome.

Enact martial law, take over all legislation, be a dictator. Job done.

If the charges were dropped then I don’t think they can be re-litigated. That would be double jeopardy.
