A rep for Booker confirmed to TMZ that he did not wear a diaper during his speech.

Tankies are going to be upset, because according to them, Democrats are just as bad as Republicans.
Yeah I thought that. This is probably just Trump’s attempt to appear “neutral” when he isn’t actually neutral.
I read the same story on CNN this morning.
Apparently the Democrats have a favourability rating of 29% (“a record low in CNN’s polling dating back to 1992 and a drop of 20 points since January 2021”) while the Republicans have a favourability rating of 36%.
This reminds me of something I read from a British left-wing journalist the other day (source). She suggested that perhaps the left should focus less on identity politics, and more on wealth and class:
By making a virtue of marginalisation, breaking ourselves down into ever smaller and mutually hostile groupings, we make it impossible to build a mass movement capable of taking on extreme concentrations of wealth and power
Ah okay. Maybe I will just stick with a password + 2FA for now though. I’m sure I will eventually learn more about passkeys when I make the effort to read more about them.
I see, thanks. It mentions biometrics on that page. Maybe if my next laptop has a fingerprint reader then I should look into passkeys more.
Interesting thanks. I will probably just stick with passwords + 2FA for the moment because I’m lazy. It would be cool to have something like a hardware key though.
I have no idea what a passkey is and I will probably only learn what it is when they become mandatory

Fair point. Maybe I just think the pain of being shot would be less unpleasant than the pain of a botched injection or electrocution.
But tankies told me that Zelenskyy is a dictator?
True. I still think I’d prefer the firing squad though. Maybe it’s because I think the effects of the other two options could be less predictable and therefore more unpleasant.
I think I’d choose firing squad if I had the choice. Lethal injections and electrocutions can go wrong, and I think they sometimes do go wrong, causing a lot of pain and suffering. Firing squad should be a pretty quick death with less suffering.
True. There are definitely more praiseworthy things than not pissing for 25 hours.
But still I think it’s rare to see a mainstream politician show such commitment.
