On October 4th, the documentary series BECKHAM about the life and career of the British football player David Beckham premiered on Netflix. During an interview with Beckham’s wife Victoria, “Posh Spice” of the Spice Girls band, Victoria tells the interviewer that both she and her husband came from working-class families, with David interrupting and telling her to be honest, with Victoria reluctantly admitting that her father had a Rolls-Royce:

No, by definition a Constitutional Amendment would be part of the Constitution. All branches of government derive their authority from the Constitution. Simply put, the Constitution is above SCOTUS.

The Supreme Court can intercede if the process for ratification is not followed, but as long as the agreed upon process is followed there is literally nothing a judge could do.

I’m not going to entertain Russian trolls. The majority of Americans did not vote for Trump, and the vast majority of those who did likely wouldn’t agree with a wholesale dismantling of their government. The ones that do agree can fuck right off for thinking Trump has any interest in their lives or wellbeing.

Meanwhile the federal government is running on a skeleton crew and millions of people get screwed over or go hungry or die.
