While America has a bunch of black sites. They’re all of questionable legality. That doesn’t stop the use, but even then it’s understood that once someone is in the US, they fall under US law, which includes constitutional protections.

So the way black sites had to work was to grab a non-citizen in a country other than the US, and transporting them to a site outside the US.

Still a monstrous practice, but there were at least some rules.

Trump wants to legally use black sites on everyone.

Except Social Security is not in danger of bankrupting the government. Sort of.

See, Republicans have been raiding Social Security for petty cash for decades so that they could give rich assholes another tax break and still fund their endless wars.

But that money needs to go back. Whenever some asshole says that Social Security is x amount short, that’s money that’s owed to the American people,

I’m betting far more people want to see Trump strung up by his ankles, maybe he should bow to pressure there as well.

Smoking is interesting. Most of the direct harm from smoking comes from the radioactive lead and polonium that the tobacco absorbs from the soil.

Not that other parts of inhaling burning hot smoke aren’t damaging, but the worst of it are those radioisotopes.

I don’t know how much of that shit is deposited vs exhaled, and would need to see studies on it. But there’s a laundry list of other harmful shit in cigarette smoke.

Vance the couch fucker.

There was a claim that, in the first draft of his book, Vance recounted a teenage sexual encounter with a couch. In great detail.

This claim came with an image of the text, which is easily found if you want that sort of thing.

The truthfulness of the claim has been questioned, but Vance just seems like the kind of guy who would fuck a couch.

I’ve heard Ireland is good. No idea of how true that is, but they do speak English, if reluctantly.

That said, the actual Irish language is rather melodic, and learning it is a fun project.

Technically the Nazis lost that election, but the Conservatives who won turned around and handed power to Hitler, all to prevent the Left from gaining power.

The two party system will always fail. The problem is, Durverger’s Law.

As long as the US uses Ordinal voting systems, we will never have a viable third party. Worse, any attempt to create a third party will only siphon votes away from its ideological neighbor, resulting in the ideological opposite gaining an easy win.

There’s a reason why Jill Stein had that dinner with Putin.

Trump does intend to die in office. That’s the point. That’s his full plan.

But that death could be 10 years from now. Elections are pretty much over.

Tim Walz came out swinging, and they instantly sidelined him.

That alone was enough to say that the campaign was fucked.

The only way this goes wrong for him is if he leaves office. He has no intention of allowing that to happen.

Small cuts can be sealed with medical grade super glue. Also, the thought is that Trump was hit by glass or other debris. Not the bullet itself.

Very little in life is staged. I’ve worked in a theatre, with professional actors, and it still takes weeks of work to pull off a play.

This also includes some improv work.

So the very first thing you have to acknowledge is that Trump would never do the work needed to pull off anything staged. He can read (sort of) a speech written by someone else, but the smarmy bastard cannot act to save his life.

The next thing here, Crooks was using live rounds. And killed a guy behind Trump. Trump would never allow his own life to be put at risk.

And third, Crooks was a notoriously bad shot. He was kicked out of his highschool gun club over it and some safety violations.

The kid was a mass shooter in waiting who just so happened to come across an opportunity to shoot a former president. And he blew it, just one more failure to add to the pile that was his life.

Measles also resets your immune system, making other illnesses deadly again.

Back in the day you’d survive Smallpox, then get Measles, then get Smallpox again.

These days, I guess it will be Covid and the Flu killing most people.

There are steps that need to be taken to get third parties.

First and foremost is the adoption of a voting system that can not only support third parties, but help them grow.

TLDR; Fight for Approval if you just want third parties to exist and occasionally win, Fight for STAR if you want third parties to grow and become powerful.
