Is that a US only thing? I had the MMR on Jan/89 in Mexico but they never told me that I needed a booster when they checked my records a couple of years ago. I only needed the TDaP and optionally the hepatitis B vaccines
I think it was a certain amount of money to invest but also they needed to create a few jobs, so not just putting money into a bank

These are giant ranch houses too, we need lots of small and medium houses
I wonder if the people who claim that only order the sugary stuff. I tried McDonald’s a couple of times recently after reading online that they got the Tim Hortons OG coffee provider and it was awful. I’m not a fan of Starbucks but at least they serve consistently good coffee (not great). I only get it if I’m on company expenses
