I hate that Ukraine lost so much and that Russia will get away with this, but looking at it another way, Ukraine held on, stopped Russia from taking their whole country, and forced a ceasefire. That’s amazing and few thought it possible just a few years ago.

The conspiracy theorist in me wonders if the plan is to run up a massive debt now and then push the responsibility for dealing with that debt onto democrats if they win control after midterms.

This happened with the shift from manual to automatic transmissions. I used to frequently hear/read people complaining that no one knows how to drive a stick anymore.
