Chaat masala is delicious and this is one of the main ingredients, along with green mango powder (amchoor). The smell is a bit surprising at first but it’s good.

I could find hundreds of references if I was being paid, it’s a very well established fact. It’s the reason organ transplant matches can be very difficult to find for people with African ancestry.
