111·6 days agoThe primary is the time to vote for the candidate you believe in. The general is for whichever aligns better (not perfectly, but better) with your interests. Not that hard.
Ahhhhh - that IBM Model 50 keyboard. Loud AF, and could drive a truck over it. Was my first and the feel of it was great.
USian here: make it really expensive for us, Europe. We deserve it and it’s the only way we’ll learn.

If the DNC is stuck on putting up an “establishment” candidate, why not Schiff? Seems like there’s no way they’re going to back AOC even though I’d guess she would get a lot of energy behind her.

I thought their filtration process DQ’d them from the strict bourbon definition as well, although they meet the rest of the criteria.

Also remember that he failed to sell steaks and alcohol to Americans. 2 separate companies with one product each that we can’t get enough of and they both went under.
Purely selfish note to add: I enjoy flying paragliders for fun. The thought of good forecast data fading away is super sad for my hobby (and super dangerous for aircraft travel in general). Might have to start using the European weather models more often, even though they haven’t been quite as accurate for the places in the US I like to fly.
I see Epic at the bottom of the screen, so this is in some kind of healthcare setting (Epic is an electronic medical record software company).
Have seen a few of these and they are great (Michael Snyder for California and the PNW), but unfortunately they all get their data from the same place: NWS. They are the ones launching the balloons, collecting that data daily, and running weather models for everyone else to then interpret. Slashing the NWS is simply one of the most idiotic things to happen yet during this whole circus. Sorry - rant over (I fly paragliders so weather forecasts are important to my own self interests).
