Judges are political appointees so they deliver a political ruling. Everyone is acting shocked. They’ve been doing this shit for decades. The only difference is that they’ve turned it up a couple of notches.

Didn’t Justice Samuel Alito fly an upside-down flag outside their home in 2021? He blamed his wife, but it was a clear MAGA bat signal, if there ever was one.

You don’t have to have political parties pick your preferred brand of justice. Shocking as that might sound, most other western democracies don’t do it.

The supreme court doesn’t have a police force to enforce their rulings. JD Vance worked that out before the election. It relies upon the Federal government, as an institution, to follow it’s will. Then came MAGA and the LOLs will ensure.
