Best thing for Zelensky is really meeting Trump one on one, without his chaotic advisors dissuading and adding fuel to the fire.
Trump is a coward at heart, he’ll be less likely to throw tantrums and play the “big man” act without his cheerleaders around. Plus, meeting on neutral ground is also great, since the worst place to meet a bully is in his own home, where he feels safe and calls the shots.
Still, not that it matters much in the end. Even if Zelensky convinced Trump of anything through stroking his ego, his cheerleaders will talk him right out of it as soon as he leaves the Vatican. Or Putin, after a quick call. That’s how fickle he is.

Catholicism is a sect of Christianity, just like Protestantism, and Eastern Orthodoxy. If he’s going after people who disrespect Christianity, he should show respect for it himself.
It is a sect of Christianity, but a fair amount of protestants don’t like to acknowledge that. I grew up in a very Presbyterian family, and I straight up didn’t know that Catholics were Christians until I was an adult because I was always taught that they were sinners who were obsessed with meaningless rituals, who worshipped the virgin Mary and saints rather than god (i.e. “false idols”), etc.
I’m no longer religious, but my family still is and my mom - to this day - refuses to acknowledge the fact that Catholics are Christians.
